	Our proposal for small quantities of laundry:
			Cottons 60°C (95°C) + Starch. With their wide range of programmes, Miele's Little Giants are ideal for processing soiled personal laundry. The additional "Starch" function can be selected directly when required, for example for napkins and tablecloths.

	Our proposal for table linen:
	In addition to an Intensive wash programme for heavily soiled table linen, there is an additional programme for tablecloths and napkins which have already been subjected to a great deal of wear and tear. Freely programmable Profitronic controls set new economic and technological standards. Alongside fixed programmes, the user is also able to modify programme cycles to suit the load:		The 'Table linen' programme involves a permanently activated pre-wash in order to cope with relatively heavy soiling. The use of enzymes is recommended to remove heavy protein-based soiling. Spin speeds are selectable between 300 rpm and the max. speed applicable on the machine in question in increments of 100 rpm. It is also possible to deactivate spinning.

	Our proposal for kitchen laundry:
	A special programme is available for kitchen linen heavily soiled with spices, oil, grease and protein. This programme, in conjunction with suitable detergents, ensures good results without subjecting the laundry to too much wear and tear. Freely programmable Profitronic controls set new standards of economy and technology. Alongside fixed programmes, the user is also able to modify programme cycles to suit the load: The bulk of coarse soiling is dealt with 'up front' in the pre-wash of the 'Kitchen laundry' programme. Blood and protein stains are also softened during this stage.		If required, a liquid wetting agent can be added to improve soil removal and the wetting of the textiles. A 40°C pre-wash is a standard programme feature. The use of enzymes is recommended to remove heavy protein-based soiling. In order to take hygienic aspects into account, thermal disinfection is performed in the main wash. Spin speeds are selectable between 300 rpm and the max. speed applicable on the machine in question in increments of 100 rpm. It is also possible to deactivate spinning.

	Our drying proposal:
	The condition of table linen is a tell-tale sign of a restaurant's quality. A Miele tumble dryer sets the stage for a perfect finish in an economic process, finishing off with anti-crease action.		"Hand iron" is recommended for cotton or linen tablecloths and serviettes as a perfect starting point for subsequent ironing.
