Miele washer extractors provide a professional and economical solution for all your textile and laundry needs. Miele has been at the forefront of laundry care for over 100 years now and has been responsible for many technological developments in this area.
Freely programmable Profi M controls enable customisation of programmes to suit a wide range of different applications.
Installation
Many Miele machines can be installed without being bolted to the floor. Height-adjustable feet compensate for unevenness in floors.
Washer-extractors with a 24 and 32 kg capacity have an integrated plinth. This facilitates easier on-site handing and simply requires the use of a pallet truck or similar to transport the machine to its installation position.
Multitronic controls MC 13 and MC 23
Microprocessor controls features up to 23 pre-set programmes with a wide range of modifiable parameters (e.g. water level, temperature holding time and additional pre-wash).
This allows the machine to adapt to a wide range of laundry loads and applications. The fully electronic controls are solid-state and maintenance-free and the possibility of customised programme compilation makes for optimum user convenience.
Laundry machines Profi M controls
Washer-extractors with a 10 - 32 kg load size with freely programmable Profi M controls offer a range of customisation options alongside the standard pre-set programmes. This enables even very heavy soil and stains to be removed both economically and without the risk of further damage.
Miele's pre-set special programmes, e.g. for reprocessing the heat-proof protective gear worn by fire brigades and emergency services, have been fully tested both in laboratories and in the field. The scope of delivery includes 16 pre-set programmes and 183 freely programmable slots.
Profi M's simple and safe operation
User-friendly controls with full-text display. With a default language of English, there is a choice of ten additional language options (giving a total of eleven different languages).
Programme changes can be activated via the optical interface using a laptop computer, alternatively programmes can be updated or added using the chipcard which is simply inserted in the card slot in the facia.
Heater elements
Cantilever heater elements prevent the accumulation of fluff.
Large dump valve
Streamlined design, allowing the unhindered passage of wash water and fluff. Drain connection to the rear, simplifying on-site drainage.
Motor with frequency-converter technology
Long life cycle thanks to maintenance-free, brushless motor technology. Variable wash and spin speeds. Gentle start mechanism and electronic imbalance monitoring minimise stress loading on other components.
High final spin speed
With a max. spin speed of 950 or 800 rpm and a g-factor of 403 or 286, Miele's 24 and 32 kg washer-extractors set new standards in this category. The FU drive enables extremely precise imbalance monitoring. Excellent dewatering ensures that drying times are minimised and less energy is used.
Simple Installation
Miele laundry machines are delivered ready for connection to on-site utility supplies.
All connections for water, electricity and liquid detergent dispensing for the WS 5243 and WS 5323 (barrier models) can be installed from above, thus saving valuable space.

Drying with the Miele Sensitive System
The Miele electronic sensing system features automatic moisture control to eliminate operator guess work and ensures optimum efficiency. When flatwork requires finishing in a rotary ironer the moisture sensor ensures the correct residual moisture content for perfect results. The fully electronic Sensitive System takes the hardness of the residual moisture in the laundry into account to ensure precise drying.
Hardness is measured by calibrating the conductivity of the laundry load at the programme outset. The system then automatically compensates for variations in water composition and adjusts the length of the drying cycle accordingly.
Drying with Troctronic
Troctronic electronic controls enable drying stages to closely match a variety of different types of laundry.
11 drying programmes and 2 timed drying programmes are available.
The solid-state electronic controls ensure fast, simple fault disgnosis
by the service technician. At the touch of a button, operating hours can be called up or servicing intervals set. Dryers operate on the axial-flow principle and are energy effiecient with approx. 60% of the discharged air reutilised in the drying process (Air Recycling).
Simple installation (Gas)
The gas-heated T 6185 tumble dryer simply plugs in to a 220-240 V AC 13A electrical supply and is connected to the gas supply using a 1/2" gas hose.
Large drum
Tumble dryers with a volume of 550 l and a diameter of 1100 mm are designed to take the entire load transferred from the matching washer-extractor. The large 520 mm door which opens to an angle of 180° simplifies loading and unloading.
